The Real Estate Debate

As most of us know by now the real estate market is cyclical meaning that it moves in cycles like the stock market just not as volatile. What amazes me though is how the general public makes their decisions on whether to buy and sell. The public generally will decide whether or not its a good time to sell or buy according to what the media is saying at the time. It is my advise that you find a good real estate broker that is plugged in to your local market place and use him or her as your resource as to whether or not now is a good time to buy. The reasoning is simple, like your doctor your broker has a practice. Which means they specialize in real estate like your doctor specializes in medicine. You rely on the medical advise of your doctor don't you? Why would you not rely on the advice of your real estate practitioner? Just a thought!

I have always been a self motivated person who is driven to succeed and I am very competitive. I also have a knack for using certain situations or events as more fuel to succeed. I have always been that way as long as I can remember. So as it pertains to my real estate career I am really no different and because of that I have fire burning right now that is so hot that many can't stay close to me very long because they will be burned. I find myself burning through assistants and staff like a 5 alarm fire. So allow me to elaborate, I have had a few instances over the past 3 years were things have happened that turned the burning fire into a raging inferno. I won't discuss what those things are but if the people who were a part of those things happen to read this post they will know who they are!
